How to move or transfer Fortnite to different location? [CORRECT METHOD]

Fortnite is a very popular online battle royale game and has more than 150million players. Most of the people install games in the default directory (i.e c drive ) but users keep their c drive always small
because to give more space to their data. So the problem comes when there is no space in your c drive and you have to move your games to a different location. but how to do that?. Many users facing problems in doing this, because after doing this also it's downloading the game again. So I have found a quick and easy method and it worked. So let's get started, here are the steps down below

.

STEP 1

go to the c drive>program files>epic games>fortnite>.lysEB>install

and copy the install folder from there and save it somewhere safe.

copy install folder

* install folder contains your game

STEP 2

now uninstall your epic games launcher and install it where ever you want

STEP 3

now launch the epic games launcher and click on install button just after 2 seconds click on cancel button next to the install button. The cancelling the install button will turn into resume button.

click on cancel button

after that copy and paste the install folder exact in the same location (i.e whatever your directory>epic games>fortnite>.lysEB>install

STEP 4

Once files are moved into that folder, click the "Resume" button on the launcher and the percentage complete will jump up and it will verify your files after that, it will complete and your "Launch" button will be ready.

So that's all. you have moved your game to a different location as it is.

* If you don't want your epic games launcher to update again, just copy the launcher folder from

C drive>program files>epic games>launcher

copy launcher folder

and paste it as it is to newly installed location, it will directly log in instead of update.

Thanks, hope you guys have loved it. Stay tuned till next post. see you later...
